Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's technical direction. We're seeking a forward-thinking technology leader with a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the technical engineering strategy across the organization.
Establish a cohesive technical approach and implementation across all engineering functions.
Translate product, operational, and integration concepts into solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead the recruitment and retention of a high-performing team of technology professionals.
Act as a primary technical resource, driving swift resolution across engineering teams.
Oversee relationships with third-party technology partners, vendors, tools, and services.
Elevate the company's technology capabilities and strategies.
Lead and inspire a global, high-performing technology team.
Daily Responsibilities:
Strive for best-in-class technical solutions and operational excellence.
Ensure alignment of operational engineering initiatives with overall engineering strategy.
Manage technical adoption and change management in collaboration with stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes.
Communicate vision and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
Represent Engineering requirements within the Executive Leadership Team.
Analyze product data and customer interaction trends.
Promote technology adoption, automation, and data strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
Over 10 years of experience in Engineering Management within the clinical trial space, including SaaS delivery.
Strong experience in application and data technologies, software architecture, and development.
Extensive experience in cloud adoption and migration.
Skills:
Strong technical expertise.
Excellent decision-making skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with enterprise technical solutions, including no-code or low-code options.
