Job description
Elevate is looking to hire a supervisor for the Mobile Crisis Program. The Mobile Crisis Program Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Elevate’s Mobile Crisis Program in Sheboygan County. These services include county crisis response, client follow-up, and walk-in crisis services. This position works closely with the Crisis Program Manager and Sheboygan County Health and Human Services. Pay range: $23-$29/hr. This position is in-person.
Job Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day program operations and supervision of all program staff.
Collaborate with community partners to facilitate communication, effective response, and improve service delivery of crisis services.
Ensure the practice of a trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and zero suicide approach among staff when working with individuals and their supports
Work closely with law enforcement through patrol briefings, de-briefings, ride-alongs, and proactive community outreach.
Provide quality assurance reviews to ensure the accurate and timely entry of clinical records and data collection
Ensure all staff receive the training, education, and best practice requirements, per WI Chapter 34 as well as any credentials held by the individual
Participate in the development of the annual program budget and services. Monitor the budget, and makes decisions on expenditures appropriate to program function; produce monthly requests for payment to purchasers.
Develop an annual program plan. Monitor this plan and provide periodic program reports that prove progress toward achievement of plan goals. Evaluate program effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures appropriate for the day-to-day operation of the programs. Responsible for the supervision of the program staff.
Ensure that the programs establish and maintain compliance with all standards and administrative codes.
On call duties as part of the Elevate on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services related field and 3-5 years experience in the delivery of services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders required.
Prefer Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or in a closely related field.
Experience in crisis intervention or crisis delivery services preferred.
Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching and retaining individuals and teams.
Proficient in use of technology as a management reporting tool and experience working with information technology staff to develop and implement program evaluation systems.
Ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth.
Experience working with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
