Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to guide and support HR initiatives that improve organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and retention.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our ambitious growth objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, training, development, and change management.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
Manage complex employee relations, fostering a positive work environment compliant with legal standards.
Leverage HR technology and analytics to enhance decision-making and optimize HR processes.
Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with laws and regulations, managing risks and maintaining accurate documentation.
Report on HR metrics, manage the HR department's budget, and present insights to the executive team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field, with a proven track record in senior HR roles within organizations of 300+ employees.
Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Analytical and strategic thinker with a knack for utilizing data in decision-making.
Experience in leading change and managing HR strategies in organizations with revenues of $400M - $500M.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in developing people and future leaders.
