Job description

Seeking a Chemical Process engineer for a Specialty Chemical manufacturer within commuting distance of Augusta, GA (and other locations). Company produces HIGH PURITY products used in a variety of industries, including Life Sciences. Will improve/update/develop P&IDs and also provide troubleshooting and process support to operations. Requires BS or MS ChE with 1+ years experience.

IN GENERAL

*Chemical Engineers: Project, Production, Process, Controls, Design, R&D, PSM, Technical Sales, Six Sigma, Engineering/Technical Manager, Plant Manager, ... Technology transfer of bringing new products into the plant, scale-up and start-up, P&IDs, PFDs. EHS, cost and energy efficiencies and quality will be incorporated. Some design and project cost estimations will be supported. Continuous Improvement methodologies will utilize Lean & Six Sigma, Troubleshooting with Root Cause Analysis, P&IDs, Mass and Energy Balances, etc.. Support plant operations to increase yields and increase run-times. Seeking a contributor in a dynamic and team-work oriented company. *We are always seeking Chemists/Scientists; Chemical, EHS, PSM, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers & Managers for positions and industries nationwide. MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT ALREADY LIVING IN THE US (Ideally in the SOUTHEAST).
