The BFRG is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our growing team!
The Facilities Maintenance Manager is vital to the success of daily business operations. The individual will assist in daily restaurant maintenance and projects. The primary focus will be on equipment repair and maintenance along with general repair & maintenance within the properties.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and / or repair of all restaurant equipment.
- Ensure preventative maintenance on equipment is completed.
- Perform building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs, as necessary.
- Setup accounts for purchasing inventory online and/or by phone.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency.
- Perform all maintenance repair duties safely using industry standard processes.
- Assist in other equipment repair and maintenance projects as assigned.
- Build and manage relationships with third party vendors.
- Determine the cost effectiveness of outsourcing individual job orders.
Skills:
- Full time position with the payrate determined based on experience and knowledge.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge and repair skills.
- Ability to analyze a situation and decide whether it is best to repair or replace the equipment.
- Able to prioritize and use sound judgment and decision-making.
- Able to work well independently.
- Ability to follow defined systems and processes.
- Must be flexible with the work schedule as no one can estimate the time & day in which repairs are needed.
