Since 2009, Mariposa Therapy has become a leader in therapy services across the state of Arizona. Our therapeutic expertise extends to thousands of pediatric through geriatric clients receiving speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy services in our clinic locations, schools and in homes throughout the Phoenix-Metro Valley. We have two clinic locations in Tempe one for pediatric and one for adult neuro-rehab.
Position Details - Physical Therapist
Settings: Hybrid position includes in our
clinic locations, in home & schools - Part time and full time positions available
- Pediatric & Adult clients
- Immediate openings
- Support from PT Program Director and Lead PTs
- Collaboration with multiple disciplines (PT, Sp, OT, Feeding)
- Pediatric Clinic located in Tempe
- Adult Clinic located in Tempe
- Afternoon availability desired 1-6pm

Responsibilities - Planning for and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients with a variety of disabilities to remediate, improve, or alleviate areas of need and increase participation in home, community and school
- Use of creative and engaging therapy ideas to increase client's attention and motivation
- Consult with family/caregiver for development of home programs
- Share and collaborate with other therapists
- Data collection: complete accurate daily notes, quarterly progress & annual plans using web-based documentation system
- Demonstrate positive rapport with families, caregivers, and staff
- Comply with all clinic and/or school processes to adhere to state/federal guidelines for therapy delivery
- PT only: Evaluations and assessments
- PT only: Supervision- interact and support assistant's with therapeutic strategies. Review goals and progress notes. Oversee compliance and processes

Requirements - Arizona Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Arizona
- CPR & Article 9 training
