Job description

Hours: Monday - Thursday (7:30-5:00pm) and every other Friday (7:30- 4:00pm)
Salary Range: $135-175k (depending on experience)

We're seeking a motivated Business Unit Controller to ensure financial integrity and reporting accuracy. What You Will Be Doing

- Liaise with Corporate Leadership and department heads
- Coordinate financial analysis projects and present findings
- Prepare forecasts and analyze trends for reports
- Support audits and tax filings
- Conduct cost analysis for production and R&D projects
- Prepare government rate calculations and submissions
- Direct accounting activities and supervise team
- Manage period-end activities and reporting
- Improve processes and document procedures
- Monitor cost absorption and variances
- Oversee revenue recognition policy
- Maintain and manage ERP modules
