Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service to all of Kilgore's delivery patients and facilities
• Drop off customers USPS and Fex-Ex overnight orders to a local drop off facility
• Pick up and drop off store to store stock transfers between our 4 locations
• Organize prescription delivery orders to ensure efficiency and also meet customer time frames
• Be able to work under pressure and remain professional and diligent
• Keep accurate monetary transaction records and customer signatures for each delivery
• Keep the provided company delivery vehicles clean as needed
• Alert Manager when vehicle maintenance is due
• Light cleaning duties in and around store facilities
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

If you are a student, you need to be able to work a minimum of 15 hours/week (which includes two Saturdays/month from 8:45am to 4pm) and also be available for at least part of school breaks (i.e. spring break, winter break, thanksgiving break, summer break)

• Flexible hours between 15-28 hours per week
• Rarely work past 7:00pm on weekdays, 4pm on Saturdays twice a month. SUNDAYS OFF, Major Holidays OFF
• Part time drivers work 15-28 hours / week
• Weekday hours: mostly afternoons and evenings until approx. 7:00pm (may need to work some daytime shifts if you have availability during the week, but not required)
• Saturday hours 8:45am until approx. 4:00pm
• We are closed on Sundays

Pay Rate: $14/hr

Experience and Skills
Ability to multitask and work at a rapid pace while incorporating superior customer service and critical thinking skills.

Required experience
History of providing Excellent Face to face customer service in a retail setting: 1 year

Required education
High school or equivalent

Other requirements

Ability to pass background check and maintain good standing

Ability to pass routine random drug screenings

Pharmacy Tech License (Requires fingerprint background check) We will help you obtain tech license upon hire

Valid driver's license that is currently in good standing

Excellent driving record
