This position offers the opportunity to work from home while assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and travel packages based on clients' preferences and budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and preferences.
- Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide the most relevant information to clients.
- Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate deals, discounts, and special offers for clients.
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary
- Willing to become proficient in using travel booking platforms and software.
- Develop a strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
