We are currently seeking an MBA Intern for 2024 to support the Oncology Alliance Management team. This part time position works for approximately 20 hours per week. The candidate will work closely with and report to the Alliance Associate Director of Oncology Alliance Management. The candidate will be supporting the Alliance Associate Director for Joint Commercialization Committee, Joint Medical Affairs Committee, and associated working groups for Daiichi Sankyo’s three ADC products and responsible for operationalizing and managing the alliance governance including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, collaborating on agenda development, preparing and disseminating meeting materials, notetaking, documenting the decisions and actions in the minutes and any other logistic support.
The candidate will also support other Alliance Managers to enhance the learning experience and support Oncology Alliance Management business priorities under the Alliance Associate Director’s direction. Through supporting the Alliance Associate Director, the candidate will learn the co-commercialization process between two pharmaceutical organizations, how the executive leaders make strategic decisions across organizations and help you prepare for a future career in the pharmaceutical business industry.
Education/Experience:
Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited MBA program with a concentration in business, management or related field.
Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Must be highly motivated and have high-capacity for learning quickly, have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to partner and effectively work with colleagues across numerous functions and excellent communication skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing.
