Job description
Team C&L Auto Body, a family-owned MSO with 10 locations in NJ (East Hanover, Kenvil, Washington, Woodbridge, Hackettstown, Morristown, Berkeley Heights, Scotch Plains, Plainfield, and Wantage), is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager. Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Assure that C&L QA procedures are being followed by all departments
- Solely responsible for final quality inspections
- Assure that all repairs to the vehicle match the final invoice
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair
- Meet & greet customers
- Review repairs of all vehicles & sign off on ready for delivery.
- Deliver vehicles to customers reviewing repairs & answering any questions
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- Experience working in a Team Environment
- Prior working knowledge of body repairs and parts
- Prior experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizing
- Ability to effectively communicate

C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 10 body shops throughout Morris, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. We also manage one of the largest towing fleets in the state.
