Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate prior success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant.
• Exhibit a strong culinary and service-oriented passion.
• Possess a proven track record in team development.
• Acquire knowledge of effective kitchen systems, methods, and processes.
