Are you a take-charge, people friendly and tech-savvy person that loves helping others? If so, you may be the person we are looking for to join our team. You will be responsible for first impressions with our clients via phone, email or in person. Also, you will provide support as needed for other team members on various administrative, technology and marketing tasks. You will be handling sensitive information, so you should be very discreet and maintain complete confidentiality.

Duties:
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining office policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Accounting or tax experience a plus, but not required
