2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30 pm
PAYS: $17.00 per hour
3RD SHIFT Monday- Friday 10pm - 6:30am
PAYS: $17.50 per hour
Position Summary: The packaging worker position is an hourly position in a fast-paced factory environment. The position is responsible for accurate packaging and storage of food products, cleaning work area, following all health and safety regulations, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with production line
• Load and unload product from storage
• Feed items onto equipment for processing and run equipment Measuring and packing food product Mixing seasonings
Quality Control Inventory control Sanitation - clean up during and after shift Follow all company policies as well as health and safety guidelines Will be required to obtain a food handlers certification Prior experience in bakeries or industrial kitchens preferred but not required
Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Spanish Work Environment & Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds repetitively Ability to bend, twist, and stand on your feet for an entire shift Exposed to food production environment and warehouse environment which may involve noise and fluctuating temperatures.
