Our Healthcare Staffing Compliance Manager is responsible for the overall management of the market office(s) operations, sales, and delivery functions, including:
Compliance & Reporting:
Oversee healthcare professional credentialing requirements ensuring timely onboarding of qualified staff and monitor ongoing requirements to maintain compliance throughout employment.
Lead implementation of joint commission credentialing and other licensing requirements.
Develop policies and procedures to ensure the quality of staffing operations and compliance with healthcare staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing, labor, and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records and reports.
Track and analyze staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on staffing trends and initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Develop relationships and identify new opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and service quality.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Attract, hire, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals through strategic recruitment and a smooth onboarding process.
Performance Management & Development: Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor healthcare staff to elevate their skills and careers.
Data Analyst: Track staffing metrics, identify improvement areas, and present insights to leadership.
Operations: Participate in budget development, new business initiatives, and committees, and perform other duties as assigned.
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in nursing/healthcare preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Knowledge and understanding of healthcare and joint commission regulations.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling.
Proven ability to recruit, hire, and onboard qualified healthcare staff.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
