Job description
We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance processes, filing all necessary paperwork, and ensuring all tax obligations are met. You should have an in-depth knowledge of corporate and individual tax accounting and know how to stay compliant with federal, state, and local tax regulations. - Coordination and planning of client service delivery, including review meetings
- Participates in the design and development of processes and infrastructure for client service.
- Works directly with clients on meeting follow-up items or initiates follow-through on new client activities.
- Analyzes customer financial data, analyses needs, and develops sophisticated solutions to accomplish clients' objectives.
- Leads new client prospecting, presentation design, and closing meetings.
- Technical tax evaluations and governmental tax examinations of any complexity are performed.
- Manages engagement risk and financial performance, including billings, collections, and project budgets.
**Must have CPA license or have successfully completed the CPA exam**
- 6+ years recent experience in public accounting with a primary focus on tax*Hybrid Role, 2-3 days in office*
