We are an established construction company seeing a scheduling coordinator ASAP! This is an in-person position for our Newport Beach area office and is not a hybrid role.

What You Will Be Doing

This in-office position is an important key piece of our operations team. You will be creating and coordinating a master schedule that will be used for our project managers and contractors.

Also in this position, you will:

-Hold subcontractors and vendors to SOW
-Document schedule changes
-Schedule material drops and monitor vendor activity
-Occasionally visit jobsites in Orange County and Inland Empire, when necessary
-Provide reports

What You Need for this Position

-2+ years of experience with: construction scheduling, manufacturing schedules, or purchasing experience
