Job description
Nesco Resource has partnered with a full-service manufacturer in Auburn Hills. This company manufactures custom components for automotive power trains, drivelines, and chassis applications for Tier 1 Suppliers and customers around the world.
This is an entry-level Machine Operator position that offers training on automated robotic machinery. They are looking for 3rd Shift Operators to work 10:30 pm - 6:30 am Monday - Friday, and 8-hour shifts on the weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Associates will be responsible for the following tasks including but not limited to:
- Operate automated robotic machines
- Loads and unloads parts from machines into bins
- Send parts to the quality inspection department
- Participates in 1-week training upon starting
Skills and Qualifications:
Associates qualified for this position must have the following:
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- The machine operator will be expected to lift up to 23-30 lbs. every so often.
- The machine operator must be available to work a 12-hour shift for one month upon start.
