Responsibilities:
- Identify your database and network
- CRM and database mastery
- Outreach and network in the military and general community
- Network in common relocation cities that transfer to your area
- Assist clients in buying and selling homes
- Make the relocation process easy and smooth for clients
- Lead follow up
- Lead generation
- Execute appointments
- Close sales
- Develop a team to focus on military relocation buying and selling
- Sales talk
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the military relocation process is preferred
- Real estate license required
- Great communication
- Commission opportunity
- Sales experience
