Job description

As a Team Lead in the real estate industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful projects that shape the future of our communities. Your leadership will drive innovation and excellence, ensuring the successful completion of diverse construction endeavors. You'll oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and execution while prioritizing client satisfaction through innovative problem-solving.

Essential Functions
Lead multiple projects, including decommissioning, renovations, and tenant improvements, across corporate office and administration sites.
Manage projects from inception to completion, collaborating with a range of stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Foster collaboration within project teams, comprising architects, engineers, contractors, and client representatives, to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring the safety and integrity of critical environments and equipment.
Provide clear and consistent communication with clients, translating their needs into actionable project objectives.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Effectively manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to project policies and procedures.

Skillset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
10 years of experience in project management or a related role.
Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively to achieve project objectives.
Thorough understanding of architectural drawings and space planning concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of effectively managing all aspects of construction projects.
Experience leading large project teams and managing lab projects.
On-site presence required in Sunnyvale, CA.

Estimated Compensation
$150,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD per year (inclusive of bonus, if applicable). Compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
