Position Summary

J. J. Keller is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our Service Operations team! J. J. As part of our Service Operations team at our Neenah, WI corporate campus, you will be responsible for performing tasks to ensure our clients are in compliance with regulations related to their fleet, such as permitting, licensing and vehicle tax. If you have experience working in an office setting, have great attention to detail and experience in excel this could be the opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities

• Audits credentials in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Prepares permit credentials and distributes to clients' corporate or fleet locations.
• Enters accurate title, registration, and/or license plate information into internal systems for primary and major account clients.
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies between credentials/titles received against the order that was placed. Refers complex issues to appropriate person.
• Follows up with states/vendors regarding transaction statuses via phone and/or email as necessary.
• Enters unit additions, changes and deletions for clients and creates applicable work orders.
• Opens, sorts, and organizes incoming documents, plates, and other mail items. Prioritizes credential/title distribution based on customer needs.
• Sends out applicable information (registrations, titles, and/or licenses) to customers in an efficent and timely manner.
• Maintains the exception list for both major and primary account clients.
• Maintains confidentiality of information obtained from and on behalf of clients; taking appropriate steps to ensure documents and information are properly secured at all times.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a general office setting preferred.
• In lieu, will consider a combination of experience and post-secondary education.

Other Skills/Qualifications :

• Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Willingness to participate in background check/fingerprinting requirements at state or local jurisdictions to obtain access as needed to fulfill services.
  
   

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
