We are a printing manufacturer in the Oak Ridge / Knoxville, TN area. We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join the team. Must be ok working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment!

$80-100k DOE

Must have experience leading an ERP Conversion!

What You Will Be Doing

As an onsite ERP Implementation Specialist, you will learn our manufacturing process/procedures to support the management and improvement to LEAD the change of our ERP system.

What You Need for this Position

- Ability to coach/train end users and business units through conversion, troubleshooting, and testing
- Will work with decision makers, process owners, and end users to understand how departmental processes work together in the ERP system
- Candidate must have strong data analysis skills
- Query an SQL database
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
- Willingness to map departmental processes to understand the features required for a new ERP system

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or Technical-related field required.
- 5+ years of experience converting ERP Systems
