JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Mail and Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the daily receipt and processing of mail orders, ensuring accurate and timely handling of customer submissions, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding service to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mail Management:
- Collect mail daily from PO Box #16315, Clearwater, FL 33766.
- Open and process all mail packages, ensuring confirmation paperwork is present.
Order Processing:
- Accurately enter KKsub numbers into the website and upload pictures into customer accounts.
- Organize cards for evaluation and typing, ensuring they are placed in the correct bins/shelves.
Customer Communication:
- Contact customers with unpaid evaluations, sending notifications through their account and following up via email as necessary.
- Maintain logs of unpaid evaluations and manage follow-up communications.
Order Typing:
- Build PSA/SGC group orders, logging KKsub numbers and creating submissions on the PSA/SGC website.
- Ensure service levels match and accurately type cards to match the bundle created.
- Finalize orders, generating submission numbers, and updating the KK website accordingly.
- Print submission forms and organize completed orders for final processing.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of processed orders, logging details in the Google Drive orders typed sheet.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have strong knowledge of Sportscards, especially Major League Baseball
- Familiarity with PSA/SGC grading services and the sports card industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in mail handling, order processing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Sheets.
