The Global Account Manager (GAM)/Sr Sales Mgr is the outside senior sales person managing all aspects of the business with a strategic customer. The GAM is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic account plan to drive maximum revenue, account penetration and customer satisfaction. This is achieved by establishing, leading and working closely with the customer focus team, including Account Managers, Field Engineers, Customer Service and Operations. The GAM establishes executive level customer relationships, develops and owns the overall account strategy, oversees and maintains the “big picture” and leads the outside sales teams in understanding and executing the strategic vision.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $149,600 – $220,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
