Job description
- Design, develop, and deploy applications on the ServiceNow platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements - Translate business requirements into technical solutions - Implement IT service management processes and automation initiatives - Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages - Work with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog - Understand and apply ITIL practices and ITSM processes - Communicate effectively with stakeholders - Have 5-8+ years of IT industry experience - Have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Development and administration - Interact with stakeholders, product owners, and platform architects for platform configurations and troubleshooting - Customize ITSM, CSM, Discovery, ITAM and custom applications - Develop innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform - Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow's platform level configurations - Handle platform maintenance and development, guide delivery of different ServiceNow applications implementations - Build and troubleshoot integrations - Improve the platform upgradability, stability, performance and stability - Familiarize with ServiceNow features of Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, App engine, Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Process Automation and Mobile Apps - Understand DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines - Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills - Document technical design docs and build test cases for testing the configurations performed - Show willingness to learn and share knowledge with others - Develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
