Responsibilities: • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Taking all Potential New Client (PNC) calls as soon as possible • Getting all important data at first contact with PNCs • Contacting the Attorneys about whether we can accept a PNC’s case or not in a timely manner • Scheduling and dispatching investigators as needed • Following up with PNCs to help them sign up for our services • Retrieve police reports and scene/injury photos • Send all appropriate documentation needed for New client onboarding Qualifications: • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Previous legal experience is a plus • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • Strong computer and data entry skills • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued • Available to be on call and work on weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis Compensation: $40,000 yearly + bonus
