POLICE OFFICER

RICHMOND HEIGHTS POLICE DEPARTMENT

Starting Salary: $62,791 - 67,368 DOQ

Uniform Pay Grade: 1 - 3

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Candidate Start Date: April 1, 2024 or Earlier

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position which includes a full range of benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and employee health, dental, vision, life, disability, and pension programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs intermediate protective service work patrolling the Richmond Heights community and responding to law enforcement incidents, and related work as apparent or assigned. A full job description is available in the link below.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be 21 years old, possess a valid Drivers License and a state of Missouri Class A P.O.S.T Certification (640 hours) from an accredited Public Safety Academy. If you will be completing your P.O.S.T. certification on or before April 1, 2024 , you may submit your application for consideration as well.
