Job description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in land development, public works or water resources; all preferred.
- Professional Engineering licensure
- AutoCAD experience preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Office Administration - Including but not limited to review of scope & services, preparation of survey work requests, calculations checks
- Training & Team Building - Including but not limited to establishment of project teams, management and evaluation of staff, on-the-job coaching and training
- Project Management - Including but not limited to meeting client expectations, ensuring accurate work products, monitoring resource needs and budgets, ensuring responsiveness
- Professional Development - Including but not limited to seeking active , technical and managerial training and involvement in professional organizations
- Business Development & Marketing - Including but not limited to seeking and communicating potential new business leads, communicate expertise of firm to potential or existing clients, proactively meeting with key clients to discuss projects/performance and other business opportunities.
