Job description
Fondomonte Arizona is recruiting an Administrative Sales Manager to support our Commercial Department by providing sales support and product expertise to obtain market shares and financial performance consistent with Company goals and market potential globally.
The Sales Administration Manager will work with the Commercial Director driving sales success and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will provide effective client services, accounting functions, efficient and accurate process management, and timely deliveries, as well as anticipate problems and troubleshoot errors.
We have a vertically integrated farming operation that includes growing, harvesting, and exporting of forage products. This position will direct and coordinate activities, forecasting, and financial performance of Procurement. Identify, and nurture relationships with vendor partners to promote a sustainable, profitable, and cost-effective supply chain.
Starting Salary of $80,000
Description of Duties
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience through order management, process improvement, and problem-solving.
- Monitor and manage the timely processing of sales within SAP Sales and Distribution while maintaining the required support and documentation to support the business needs.
- Develop sales presentations, tools, and reports that assist managers and colleagues with decision-making to support what is best for the business.
- Assists, as necessary, with new customer solicitation, bid, and commercial contract preparation.
- Perform accounting functions and analysis to support A/P, A/R, and customer account reconciliations.
- Work with customers and vendors regarding billing and payment process solutions/improvements.
- Maintain regular reporting (both internal and external) with cost analysis, sales performance, and ad-hoc report requests.
- Coordinate the processing of damage claims and communicate delivery delays with customers in collaboration with the Operations and Logistics teams.
- Maintain an effective and efficient workflow, as well as liaise with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance) to effectively service our customers.
- Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support the business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Read, analyze, and interpret highly complex international documents, regulations, and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze data with the highest proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
- Have a diligent and proactive attitude with a VERY high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and variable environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Contributes to building a positive team spirit and prioritizes the success of the team above their own interests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Qualified Work Experience.
- Background in Agriculture, Logistics, Business Management, or Accounting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service, customer development, or business development experience.
- SAP or similar ERP experience is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications.
Job Context
- Supporting a growing Agri-business across operational locations in AZ and CA
- The job is based on standard in office working hours of M-F, 7:00-4:00
- Head office is based in Goodyear(Arizona) with travel to Farm Operations occasionally
