Job description

Huriyali is a fast casual cafe that strives for best in class standards. We have been in operation for over 8 years downtown and 1 year in James Island. We are currently seeking to add a strong, experienced leader to our Riverland Terrace Location in James Island. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

-Managing day to day operations of our commerical kitchen.
-Ordering raw materials for the kitchen in a consistent fashion adhering to our brand ethos as well as COGs targets.
-Leading our kitchen team in a healthy and positive manner.
-Assisting in menu creation with existing leaders in the organization.
-Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
-Supervise food prep and cooking.
-Cost out and Price new menu items.
-Assist in training new hires.
