We are an independent construction & property consultancy, working across all sectors of the build environment. We deliver Project Leadership, Commercial Success, Construction Excellence and Specialist Consultancy across the globe.

What You Will Be Doing

The Construction Project Manager coordinates all on-site construction activities, maintains the job site office, closes out projects, and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality and supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices.

What You Need for this Position

Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of Construction Management experience
- Experience in two or more of the following sectors: Residential, Offices, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Government, Education, Sports & Leisure, Arts, Healthcare, Energy, or Pharmaceutical
- Proven experience working with large/enterprise Construction Production company
- Experience scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control and production of all phases of residential construction
- Bachelors degree

Desired Skills:
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
