As an On-Site Tech Support Agent, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive technical support to our on-site and remote users. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including physical modification, repair, reimaging of computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing support for printers and network devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical modification and repair of computers, including hardware upgrades, component replacement, and system diagnostics.
- Conduct re-imaging of computers to ensure optimal performance and security standards.
- Provide Level 1 troubleshooting support for on-site users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Offer Level 2 troubleshooting support for both on-site and remote users, investigating and resolving complex technical problems.
- Deliver Level 1 support for printers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of printing issues.
- Provide basic network support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, configuring network settings, and assisting with
- Network-related queries.
