WORKING CNC SUPERVISOR
Growing Oak Creek manufacturing company has a CNC supervisor opening on 2nd shift.
This is a direct hire opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS
· 7+ years CNC experience
· Demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
· People management skills
· Strong manufacturing and machining background
· Walk and Stand for the entire shift.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to complete reports and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
· Monitor manufacturing work in process to ensure we are meeting the needs of the customer.
· Assist in troubleshooting and fixing processes.
· Interview and train new employees
· Coordinate activities related to people, safety, production machines and other equipment.
· Troubleshoot and report non-conformance, production, and safety issues.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires continuous standing and intermittent walking, bending, and assisted lifting of parts that at times may be in excess of 50 pounds. This position also requires the ability to reach, push, pull with hands and arms to position parts in machine.
