Description:
We are seeking a Machine Operator for our production facility in Roanoke, VA.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Manual handling of product
· Prepping material
· Machine operation
· Quality control
· Departmental organization and cleaning
Position Requirements:
· Bending, stooping, lifting
· Visual inspections
· Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• High school or equivalent preferred
• Continued education preferred

• Maintain the cleanliness of the area.
• Assigned to various jobs when needed
• Able to perform various form of physical labor (i.e lifting 30 lbs/ standing)
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
• Able to work flexible hours when needed
• Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and robotics is a plus.
• The desire and ability to grow within the company
• Higher education or previous career experience.
