Job description
Job Summary:
The KIA Service Cashier at Hyman Brothers Auto Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately processing automotive service transactions in a timely manner. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position located in Midlothian, Virginia.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process service transactions, including cash, credit/debit, and checks
- Review and reconcile daily service receipts and deposit money to the bank
- Maintain organized and accurate service records for auditing purposes
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments when necessary
- Assist customers with any service-related inquiries and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues
- Utilize dealership software and systems to process transactions and maintain accuracy
- Work collaboratively with the service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cash handling experience is preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer skills and experience with dealership software is a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
