Position Overview:
This position leads the transformation and optimization for Compeer’s technology landscape and ensures seamless alignment with the business strategy and vision. Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicates the value of Enterprise Architecture, and actively shapes the future of BT services.

Essential Functions:

Partners with business and BT leaders to make informed decisions and achieve desired outcomes.
Contributes to the development of the EA service portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the needs of the organization.
Reviews and assesses corporate goals, strategies and departmental processes and procedures to develop EA models and strategies.
Participates in developing standard EA artifacts including roadmaps, reference architectures and business capability models.
Maintains regular interaction with organizational leaders to understand current and emerging business needs to create effective architectures.
Assists with improving business processes through the use of well-designed technology solutions.
Partners with delivery teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture and leverage shared technologies, tools, and processes.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Minimum 10 years of IT related experience and 3-5 years of Enterprise Architecture related experience.
Recognized EA Framework Certification preferred.
LeanIX experience highly desired.
LeanIX liaison for Compeer.
Strategic and innovative.
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.
Effective negotiating, consulting and coaching skills.
Expertise in analysis and design.
Ability to clarify complicated technical concerns to non-technical individuals.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to develop a high level of understanding of Compeer’s business, processes, and requirements. Ability to set priorities and adapt to changing situations.
Ability to remain objective in balancing business needs and risk.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and represent the business.
Valid driver’s license.
