Job description
The Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is currently seeks passionate, outgoing and self-motivated candidates for our Sales Coordinator position. If you enjoy connecting with guests and have a knack for sales , consider this opportunity to be a part of our TEAM!
As Sales Coordinator , you will provide administrative support to the sales and management team by generating group contracts, ensuring the sales objectives/targets are met and maintaining a good relationship with the clients.
As Sales Coordinator , you will work directly with clients planning events and meetings creating an enjoyable and memorable guest experience from start to finish ensuring a positive lasting impression
Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry preferred (Group and/ or Business Transient)
Enthusiastic about growth
Hyatt experience preferred
History of superior customer service satisfaction
Proficiency desired in Envision Sales Suite, Opera, Reserve, Social Tables, Sertifi, Microsoft Office.
Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation is $23 hourly plus quarterly bonus potential
Open to flexible schedule 4- 10 hour shifts per week or 5-8 hour shifts per week
