**Position Summary:**

As a Territory Manager within our Insurance Services team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with independent insurance agencies across a designated geographic area. Your primary responsibilities will include fostering new business opportunities, monitoring agency production, optimizing portfolio profitability, and facilitating effective communication to drive revenue generation through quotes and policies. Additionally, this role may entail supervisory duties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Initiate and cultivate relationships with independent insurance agents to support distribution goals in the assigned territory.
- Exercise discretion and judgment in assessing client needs, developing action plans, and delivering exceptional service to attract new business opportunities.
- Meet monthly premium and submission targets to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Conduct regular virtual and on-site agency visits to drive new partnerships and submission opportunities.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques and strategic marketing plans to consistently generate new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize territory performance and drive revenue growth.
- Track and follow up on opportunities and quotes throughout the submission lifecycle.
- Deliver formal sales presentations to existing and prospective agency partners.
- Document all activities and maintain accurate records within the Agency Relationship Management system.
- Propose and implement new business strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Identify and address communication gaps and process inefficiencies.

**Requirements:**

- Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to conduct strategic conversations and negotiate effectively.
- High sense of urgency, self-confidence, and work ethic.
- Passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Competitive spirit coupled with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of business experience, preferably in insurance sales or services.
- Workers' compensation or insurance experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Familiarity with task-based workflow systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
