Role Overview:
As the Director of Power Supply, you will be a key player in our commercial team, responsible for building and leading a team dedicated to sourcing low-value, intermittent renewable power. Your role will extend to developing scalable strategies for powering industrial-scale commercial projects and fostering relationships with renewable developers, generation owners, and utilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the power supply team in sourcing low-value, intermittent, renewable power.
Devise scalable strategies for delivering power to large-scale commercial projects.
Cultivate relationships with renewable developers, generation owners, and utilities to identify valuable opportunities for power-to-heat project development.
Strengthen ties with commercial partners to enhance the breadth, scalability, and financial performance of our decarbonization projects.
Negotiate and execute power supply agreements with various stakeholders.
Collaborate within the project development team to bring innovative clean energy projects from inception to operation.
Provide guidance and support to government affairs and policy teams to unlock future market opportunities and advocate for power market reforms.
Key Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in renewable power markets.
Expertise in power market dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or relevant discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Self-starter and highly motivated individual.
What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $239,000 USD - $260,000 USD.
