Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the internet website marketing specialist-produces and updates dynamic and static websites, video production and editing and email design. Responsibilities include interior page layouts, content formatting, CSS creation, HTML files converted from PhotoShop documents and design of custom graphics, tag management and tracking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and design of web applications, banners and sites.
- Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems including publishing content, designing layouts, modifying templates and streamlining navigation.
- Continually update all meta data on all websites.
- Maintain the Company’s ad server, including but not limited to the upload and scheduling of campaigns, tag creation, and updating creatives as needed.
- Maintain and build upon existing web tracking to ensure all facets of the business can be analyzed.
- Working collaboratively with social media, promotions, and advertising teams to support goals and successes based with digital asset placements and tracking.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with digital advertising, web strategy, reporting, and project management when necessary.
- Promote positive public/employee relations at all times; maintains composure and build relationships with guests/team members that encourage repeat patronage and positive word-of-mouth.
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, graphic design, digital media, or related field required, along with a minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and designing rich media websites. Must possess and present a portfolio of website design and development.
- Possess relevant experience with consumer-facing technology, websites/platforms, ecommerce, mobile apps or digital products.
- Strong written communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills, sound decision making, and analytical capability.
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles including design and basic U/X principles.
- Experience working with a CMS (Sitecore, WordPress, Vizergy).
Additional Requirements:
- Advanced experience in CSS, and HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and InDesign is required.
- Critical to this position is knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.), current web-design trends, techniques and standards and the ability to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge.
- Must possess a strong passion for creativity and attention to detail and have the ability to translate existing marketing materials to other media outlets.
- Knowledge and experience with SEO and SEM is also required.
- Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker.
