CereCore is seeking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.
The BDR will be responsible for managing the process of identifying potential clients and moving them into the sales process. This position will have a focus on contacting these clients, gathering information about their organisation to identify leads and set appointments for the CereCore International sales team. Focus will be on Healthcare providers, high priority hospitals and any other clients who might have a need for Healthcare System implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to generate interest in CereCore services
- Work closely with marketing and sales to identify and qualify leads
- Answer questions about services or the company
- Research and build relationships to understand customer needs
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism; Establish and maintain a high level of prospect satisfaction in all interactions.
- Ensure the success of existing, as well as new services through the sales of client focused solutions at key health systems.
- Effectively balance new lead generation versus follow up efforts. Create a strong follow up plan that will increase efficiency and sales conversion rates.
- Support marketing efforts through communication of industry events, trade shows, and other applicable networking events to prospects and existing clients.
- Diligent use of HubSpot and / or Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Position Requirements: - Demonstrable experience working in a similar position, ideally within the Healthcare industry;
- Experienced in selling into NHS;
- Great knowledge of healthcare industry trends;
- Previous experience working towards targets/KPIs focused on lead generation and qualification;
- Comfortable presenting products and services over the phone and in-person;
- Experience in dealing with objections from client stakeholders; and
- Great communication and people skills.
