Are you a passionate Agricultural Engineer / Foreman looking for a secure new role with a very well established family owned business that offers career development and progression.
RecruitME are working in partnership with an ambitious and expanding agricultural, vehicle and grounds business recruiting for Agricultural Service Engineers across the UK.
Our client is seen as one of the market leaders in their sector, one of the largest AGCO dealers in the UK and pride themselves on a very high quality of work, customer service and a strong work ethic that ensures that they meet customer expectations.
They supply new machines and aftersales for Massey Ferguson, Fendt & Valtra and JCB, with a full range of complementary machinery from leading manufacturers.
The Service Engineer Foreman will assist with the organising and managing of a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery and coordinate with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient time management.
What you’ll be doing:
·Assist, manage and optimise call outs
·Assist with the management of all aspects of the service team and workshop
·Develop and maintain relationships with valued customers
·Be responsible for repairing and maintaining agricultural machinery including tractors and combines on some of the most prestigious agricultural brands in the World
What we’re looking for:
·Experienced Agricultural Engineer looking to step up to a management role
·Excellent knowledge of agricultural machinery and the seasonal pressure in the farming community
·A skilled communicator, enabling you to be able to communicate with engineers and customers
·Used to working to challenging deadlines in a time sensitive environment
