We are currently seeking a Managing Director to lead our high-performing Internal Audit team in Los Angeles. This role, available due to a recent promotion, offers a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility in both remote and onsite work. Local travel within Los Angeles is expected, requiring an average of two days per week for client-facing or in-office work and three days per week working from home. Responsibilities: As the Managing Director, you will lead a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions in internal auditing, controls assessment, ERM, GRC, business process improvement, anti-fraud, investigations, and more. Key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of Internal Audit Advisory services, achieving engagement metrics, and identifying opportunities to expand services and the client base. Overseeing internal audit advisory engagements for diverse industry clients. Acting as the primary contact on assigned engagements. Generating new business through relationship cultivation and cross-selling firm services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA in finance, business, engineering, economics, or related field preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in financial external audit and/or internal audit with a Big-4 or national public accounting firm. CPA, Chartered Accountant, and/or CIA/CISA certification required. Demonstrated track record in delivering internal audit advisory engagements within a professional services capacity. Executive presence and ability to manage client relationships and projects effectively. Pay and Benefits: 40-50 hour work week. Training events for CPE compliance. Compensation Package: Base Pay: $201,000-$214,000. Sales commission and performance bonus in addition to the base pay.
