Responsibilities
- Supports coordination of administrative space audits to determine the use of areas, workstations, or private offices.
- Initiates actions to correct erroneous data sets to continue improving the effectiveness of the WJHTC Space Management Program.
- Assists in coordinating the support provided by in and out of the Branch resources that support the Space Management Program.
- Corrects erroneous data sets to continue improving the effectiveness of the WJHTC Space Management Program.
- Assists in the planning of personnel relocations to support projects or long-term program goals.
- Assists in estimating anticipated growth and reductions of personnel in organizations occupying all major FAA buildings on the campus.
- Evaluate space management requests that are received via the organization's work management system (Archibus) and process the requests to ensure personnel are relocated promptly and that the relocation is in conformance with the Space Management policies and orders (Technical and Administrative Space Standards OrderCT4665.4A and the William J. Hughes Technical Center Office Space Management Order CT4665.4.).
- Assists in tracking space utilization across the Technical Center, to ensure the spaces are utilized effectively and efficiently, and to allocate space by analyzing the needs of the organizations, documented requirements and required structural modifications, available space, alignment with Technical Center strategic goals, or other space-related factors.
- Assist the Technical Center’s Space Holder’s Management Council (CSMC) in recommending, prioritizing, and initiating projects and activities that directly affect employees and managers across organizations within the Technical Center campus. The CSMC is the forum that collectively manages the space at the Center, and is composed of representatives of all the agency organizations utilizing space at the Center.
- Assists in developing recommendations, prioritization, and initiation of projects and activities that directly affect employees and managers across organizations within the Technical Center campus environment.
- Assists in communicating and integrating the Technical Center's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into the Space Management Program's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in analyzing data sets to identify errors and discrepancies
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to assist in coordinating support from various internal and external resources involved in space management activities
- Must be able to commute to the work location in Atlantic City
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
