Curtis Media Group is looking to hire an Operations Manager for our Boone, NC office.

High Country Radio Group/Curtis Media Group operates Highway Country 106.1/102.3, Classic Hits 100.7/99.1, WATA News & Information 1450/96.5, PULSE/Boone CHR 95.3/107.5 & STAR A/C 94.3/1130 serving The High-Country including Watauga, Avery and Ashe Counties in North Carolina. We are looking for a positive and energetic professional to join our successful operations team.
Must have a strong track record of successful multi-format operations/programming experience and generate winning on-air content and sales-friendly ideas. Applicants should be able to execute and assist in the oversight of our digital content as well as host a TBD air shift.
Experience in MusicMaster, Simian & Media Touch systems a plus.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits. Minimum of five years operations/programming experience required. This is a full-time position with some evening and weekends required.
