Position Overview:
We're on the hunt for a Chief Financial Officer to join us at our headquarters in King of Prussia, PA. This role is pivotal in steering our organization's financial strategy and operations, ensuring we continue to grow and succeed in a dynamic industry landscape. As part of our executive team, the CFO will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making, guiding the company towards its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the company's financial activities, including treasury, budgeting, auditing, tax planning, accounting, and risk management.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, contributing to data-driven decisions that align with the company's goals.
Manage financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting, projections, and budget management.
Facilitate contract negotiations and oversee legal matters related to client and vendor agreements.
Spearhead salary and bonus evaluations and adjustments in collaboration with management.
Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and the broader financial community.
Direct budgeting, tax planning, and reporting activities to ensure compliance and optimal financial health.
Lead the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, with an MBA or master's degree in finance preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in a finance role, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership position.
Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, corporate financial law, risk management, data analysis, and forecasting.
Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable.
CPA certification and experience in the IT or technology industry are advantageous.
