Full time or Part time
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our practice in Silver Spring, MD. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to collaborate patient care progress with our healthcare team. Are you dedicated to helping patients feel and function better? Do you strive to get patients out of pain and back to their normal daily activities as quickly as possible? Then we want to hear from you! The incoming Physical Therapist will be responsible for creating rehab plans, providing care, and overseeing the home care of patients. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a PT looking for either part time or full-time work.

Who we are:
We are an outpatient orthopedic clinic that focuses on all levels of PT and rehab, with strong emphasis on manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic exercise. Our physical therapists provide a unique approach to pain care with a focus on individualized plans of care. Our comprehensive approach leads to an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan. We offer treatment for chronic pain and acute pain from accidents and injuries, migraine treatment, and physical therapy for all areas of the body specialization in back, neck, joint, and extremity pain. We have a full crossfit rig, BFR technology, and diagnostic ultrasound on site.

Duties:
Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records|imaging, and reason for visit
Consult with referring Physicians|Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs (in office and home exercises)
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
Documentation|progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
Collaboration with the team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude

Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (Masters or Doctorate degree)
PT License in MD

Schedule:
Full time or Part time

Compensation:
Starting at $100k|year +
