Kitchen Manager:
Salary: $67,000 - $73,000 per year

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting, with a proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the morning kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Develop and maintain standard recipes and procedures to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and other kitchen managers to develop menus and specials.
- Monitor food costs and labor expenses to meet budgetary goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a kitchen management role in a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
