As the Senior Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that the plant runs smoothly. You will be in charge of setting targets and monitoring performance, while also identifying and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with other senior managers to ensure that the plant is meeting all targets and standards.
To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing and operations management. You will need to be highly organized, have strong problem-solving skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have experience in managing a team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $110,000 + 20% bonus.
