We are looking for an outgoing and dedicated licensed Insurance Sales Agent who is interested in a rewarding career in Insurance Sales. You will be accountable for driving sales performance by connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and assisting them in choosing the best products to protect their families. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will develop leads and solicit business through cold calling, networking, and referrals. You will manage the sales and marking of multiple insurance lines including auto, home, renters, RV, pet, and life. Summary
The Insurance Sales Agent is responsible for selling and serving insurance products to existing and potential clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Positions are available in the Camp Hill, PA/Harrisburg, PA/Hershey, PA area.
BenefitsEssential Functions:
· Maintain valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty and Life and Health Agent's Licenses.
· Develop leads using sources such as our member base of 300,000 plus, walk-ins, phone calls, internet leads, networking, and prospecting.
· Manage a pipeline of potential clients by actively maintaining leads through the sales process.
· Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls each week and maintain proper documentation.
· Meet a Sales Closing rate of no less than 33% as well as other sales goals set by management.
· Be proficient in sales and quoting of all personal insurance products with the ability to educate customers.
· Assist Client Service Agents in complex customer service or carrier- related issues.
· Protect the confidentiality of all customer information.
· Ability to suggest products and services from all AAA Central Penn lines of business.
· Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsExperience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Pennsylvania Property and Casualty and Life and Health Agent Licenses.
· A minimum of 3 years' experience quoting, selling, and servicing personal insurance products with a demonstrated record of success.
· Ability to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
· Posses time management skills and ability to set priorities and manage daily duties.
· Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment, working closely and courteously with other staff members.
